The Grandeur is Hyundai’s top luxury car, apart from the Genesis brand. The latest seventh-generation is available in South Korea as the high-end Calligraphy trim, similar to the Santa Fe and Palisade SUVs. In South Korea, the full-size sedan (also known as the Azera in other regions) can be purchased as the Calligraphy Black Ink, featuring a dark exterior and interior.

The new Grandeur, recently revealed by Hyundai, is now available with complete technical specifications. It measures 5,035 millimeters (198.2 inches) in length, making it slightly longer than a Genesis G80 and shorter than the G90. The sedan’s dimensions are 1,880 mm (74 inches) in width, 1,460 mm (57.5 inches) in height and a wheelbase of 2,895 mm (114 inches). The wheel size varies from 18 inches to 20 inches depending on the trim level.

Customers have the choice of three powertrains for the new Grandeur, beginning with a four-cylinder 2.5-liter engine that produces 195 horsepower and 248 Nm (183 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the front wheels. The larger 3.5-liter V6 engine generates 296 horsepower and 359 Nm (265 lb-ft) of torque, and can be paired with an optional all-wheel-drive system. Lastly, there is an LPG 3.5 model that runs on liquefied petroleum gas and is front-wheel drive and it is rated at 237 horsepower and 314 Nm (232 lb-ft) of torque.
